Iconfinder

Reddit had a link today to an extremely neat site I'll definitely be using in the future.

It's an image search engine for icons, with downloadable png and ico files, and options for things like size and background colour. Extremely useful thing.

Unfortunately, the index doesn't seem to have entries for things that don't typically have icons, so searching for a Gary Busey icon will generally yield you nada, but for general purpose things like filetypes and system devices, it's a real timesaver.
